We founded Prime Group Developers because we were tired of seeing real estate developers who are only willing to risk their investors' funds—not their own. This lack of risk allocation can allow unscrupulous developers to cut sloppy deals and walk away while leaving their clients holding the bag.

But at Prime Group, we know how important it is to provide our investors with an equal opportunity to get into the residential, multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial markets. And by footing up to 20 percent of a project's equity ourselves, we're able to build an unparalleled level of trust with our clients—after all, we don't make money until you make money.

Rushil Choksi, Co-Founder & CEO

Rushil is an accomplished leader with solid roots in organizational leadership and project management focusing on real estate development and construction management. His project management and engineering background provide oversight to project designs, blueprints, site layouts, specifications, and construction methods to ensure a beautiful design while maintaining profitability in each project. 

Chandrakant Choksi, Co-Founder

Chandrakant has developed and invested in real estate for over 20 years, including over five significant projects totaling more than $40 million. He has a diversified portfolio, including hospitality, retail, and multi-family industries. He is particularly interested in local investment opportunities as he has seen regional real estate projects provide a better return than other market investments. He provides valuable insight and experience to evaluate potential projects.

Sandip Patel, Co-Founder

Sandip is an accomplished executive leader with over 15 years of experience in supply chain management and operational leadership. He has co-founded a successful distribution startup company with over $100 million in revenue and is responsible for implementing the strategic direction of more than 80 workers at C-StoreMaster. He brings operational experience and the oversight required to execute our development projects.

Satish Kalva, Co-Founder

Satish has decades of experience in wholesale distribution, industrial distribution, gas station and convenience store operations, technology development, marketing, sales and support processes. Utilizing this expansive experience, Kalva has excellent insight into buildings teams, understanding of supply chains, project management and financial analysis. His insight and expertise are essential in identifying potential investors and lenders.

Val Collier, Head of Construction

Val was raised with heavy involvement in construction and remains passionate about the building environment. His peers and coworkers know him for his leadership qualities - a hands-on approach and leading by example. Collier has extensive knowledge and skill with ample experience in both the residential and commercial industries. With his combined experience and expertise, he offers a personal relationship with clients as he excels in communication, time management and productivity.
